|RELIGIOUS EDUCATION FOR GRADES K-8
|These classes for children who attend public/private schools in grades K-8, are held during the traditional school year, Saturday mornings from 8:00 -10:00 AM, beginning with Mass.
Classes for preschool aged children are held in the school building each Sunday during the 10:00 AM Mass.
First through sixth grade children (including OMGC students) are invited to process to the rear of the church for Children's Liturgy of the Word during all Sunday morning Masses.

|CONFIRMATION YOUTH MINISTRY||This is a two to three year course, October - May, offered in preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation for high school students, beginning at age 14.
Classes are held in the St. Augustine Center on selected Sunday mornings. The Mission of this group is to strive to actively participate and live our faith so we can be examples for our peers, families, and community. We will continue learning about our faith so that we may grow in love to spread the Good news.

|ALTAR SERVERS||This ministry is open to all youth of the parish from grades 5 thru 12. Training is required in the proper procedures used in assisting the priest at Mass. Contact the parish office or Fr.Tom (ext. 131) for additional information.|
|EUCHARISTIC MINISTRY TO KAISER HOSPITAL||OMGC provides Eucharistic Ministers to Kaiser Permanente/Sunset on a daily basis. A group of 20+ parishioners is involved in taking the Body of Christ to those Catholics at Kaiser Hospital. If you would like to volunteer and be involved in this ministry, kindly contact Fr. Tom Davis through our parish office.|
|CHOIR AND MUSIC||This ministry is open to parishioners of all ages and levels of musical ability. OMGC Choirs are here primarily to assist in the sung prayer of the assembly. All are welcome. If you have an interest in volunteering in this area, please contact the parish office and we'll be happy to refer you to the appropriate choir director for your preferred Mass. RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS
|An inquiry and preparation program for anyone over the age of 18 who has not yet been baptized or is seeking information on becoming a Roman Catholic.
